I found out this week that I'm pretty crooked.
It all started last Sunday. I fell down some stairs, a couple of times, and bruised my legs, backside and more. I survived okay until Thursday when I bent over to pick up Noah. We all know, he isn't small, and in trying to pick him up, I kinked my back. I couldn't even stand up straight. A few calls were made and I headed for the chiropractor's as soon as I could.Friday morning, I had some tests, x-rays, and a little therapy. Monday morning, we took a look at the x-rays with the doctor and found out that my lower back has about a 10 degree curve where it shouldn't. That's where the pain is coming from! And that is why I have begun about two months of physical therapy and adjustments. Thanks to the therapists and doctors at Integrated Wellness, I can move, but this long haul isn't over yet.
I am hoping to get my before and after shots up... stay tuned!

Oh bummer! Back problems are the worst. I hope you can get it taken care of soon because I am sure it is no fun having back pain with a baby.
That sounds awful! I hope you get up and moving soon.
I would love to take some family pictures for you! so just let me know when would work (saturdays usually work best for me) but we might want to wait for it to warm up a bit if you want outdoors pics!
I hope your back gets feeling better, though, that doesn't sound very fun.
